*Please note our returns policy has recently been updated, please read below for all information regarding our changes. Once your order has been placed, it has begun to be processed &no amendments nor cancellations can be made. We are not able to combine orders, nor make any changes during this time. To ensure you have a pleasurable shopping experience we have a 14 day returns policy for Australian customers & a 30 day returns policy for International customers. If you wish to return a full price item, 1. Email customercare@pagufashion.com to obtain an RA number 2. Upon receipt of the RA# simply send your goods back to the address shown below, ensuring you include the RA number. (NOTE WE MUST HAVE THE RA NUMBER IN ORDER TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND). We offer free shipping on the first exchange for Australian customers only. Returns must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Items not received in their original condition will automatically be returned to the customer. Items which have an odour of perfume/deodorant or have makeup or tanning marks will not be accepted, so please take care when trying on your garments. Pagu Fashion reserves the right to reject a return if it is not in its original condition. Please note, should your returned item not meet our Exchange/Refund Policy it shall be returned to you, in which case you will be liable for the return postage cost. Items purchased during promotional sale periods will NOT be eligible for a return/exchange/credit note or refund. For any queries on this please contact us at customercare@pagufashion.com. We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there was a dispatch error by Pagu Fashion. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please also ensure you have completed the enclosed returns form. If we do not receive this information we are unable to process your return. Please note these vouchers are only valid online at www.pagufashion.comand cannot be used within the Pagu Fashion International Boutique network.


Privacy Policy
Pagu Fashion is committed to protecting the privacy of any information provided by its Customers and will take all reasonable precautions to protect personally identifiable information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. In dealing with a Customer’s personal information, Pagu Fashion will fulfil all obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 and the National Privacy Principles. In order to process a Customer’s Order, Pagu Fashion requires information such as the Customer’s name, email or contact number, delivery address and payment details. Pagu Fashion will not sell the Customer’s personal information to any third party. Pagu Fashion will not disclose the Customer’s details to any third parties without the Customer’s consent except in the following circumstances:

1. delivery purposes; and

2. if necessary to comply with applicable laws, investigations, or legal proceedings where Pagu Fashion is obliged to disclose the Customer information.

Pagu Fashion uses browser cookies to recognise the Customer on the Customer’s return visit and to measure website traffic. The Customer can disable this feature on their browser. Pagu Fashion does not currently require its Customers to register in order to accessPagu Fashion’s website, but reserves the right to do so in the future. Should Pagu Fashion implement a registration process, Pagu Fashion will commit to comply with any privacy legislation applicable at the time in respect of the Customer’s user information. From time to time it may be necessary for Pagu Fashion to reviseit’s privacy policy. Pagu Fashion reserves the right to change its privacy policy at any time without prior notice. Pagu Fashion will notify the Customer of the changes by posting an updated version of the policy on the Website. By using the Pagu Fashion website the Customer is consenting to the collection of information by www.pagufashion.com in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Faulty Items
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers, however in the rare event of a manufacturing fault you will be entitled to a refund. If you believe your garment has a fault, please email customercare@pagufashion.com with a description and picture of the garment and of the fault. Faulty garments will not be accepted unless they are in original condition with tags attached. In the case of a faulty garment we must be notified at Pagu Fashion within 7 days of receipt.

Returns Conditions
  1. 1. Goods may only be returned with a valid Returns Authority Number (RA#). Pagu Fashion will not accept goods without a valid RA#.
  2. 2. To obtain an RA# you must email CUSTOMERCARE@PAGUFSHION.COM
Note: Items returned to Pagu Fashion without an RA# will be returned to customer and Postage Costs in this situation will be at the cost of the customer.
  3. 3. Returns must be made within 14 days of your estimated delivery date. For international customers, we offer a 30 day return period.
  4. 4. We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on all full price items.
  5. 5. Items purchased during promotional sale periods will NOT be eligible for a return/exchange/credit note or refund. For any queries on this please contact us atcustomercare@pagufashion.com.

  9. 9. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE IF I RETURN MY ITEM? Yes you will have to cover the postage cost to return any garments to us. Exceptions will be granted if Pagu Fashion is at fault, for example for any faulty garments or dispatch errors. This will need to be negotiated through our Customer Care staff using the contact details below.
  10. 10. WHAT IS A PRE ORDER? A Pre Order is the term used when an item is currently out of stock, but will arrive back in stock within a certain timeframe. The estimated date of delivery will be displayed under the description of a pre-order product.
