Once your order has been placed, it has begun to be processed &no amendments nor cancellations can be made. We are not able to combine orders, nor make any changes during this time. To ensure you have a pleasurable shopping experience we have a 14 day returns policy for Australian customers & a 30 day returns policy for International customers. If you wish to return a full price item, 1. Email customercare@pagufashion.com to obtain an RA number 2. Upon receipt of the RA# simply send your goods back to the address shown below, ensuring you include the RA number. (NOTE WE MUST HAVE THE RA NUMBER IN ORDER TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND). We offer free shipping on the first exchange for Australian customers only. Returns must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Items not received in their original condition will automatically be returned to the customer. Items which have an odour of perfume/deodorant or have makeup or tanning marks will not be accepted, so please take care when trying on your garments. Pagu Fashion reserves the right to reject a return if it is not in its original condition. Please note, should your returned item not meet our Exchange/Refund Policy it shall be returned to you, in which case you will be liable for the return postage cost. We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there was a dispatch error by Pagu Fashion. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please also ensure you have completed the enclosed returns form. If we do not receive this information we are unable to process your return.
