We offer a $9.00 AUD standard flate rate on all shipments Australia wide.
Orders are sent via a tracked Australia Post bag. Deliveries are sent using Authority To Leave Without Signature. If a delivery is attempted whilst no one is home the courier will leave your parcel in a secure location. Please ensure your items are delivered to a secure address or an address in which there will be someone available to sign for the item.
Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until Monday. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your order within 2-5 business days Australia wide.
In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within 5 business days of placing your order please contact us at customercare@pagufashion.com to obtain your tracking number.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels which have been deemed as ‘successfully delivered’ be the courier company.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We ship worldwide via DHL with a flat rate delivery fee of $19.00 AUD.
Items are sent either by DHL / Pack & Track or Registered Post, depending on the country of location.
If you are located in UK, USA, New Zealand, Singapore, Germany, Ireland, Malaysia, Israel, Spain, Canada or China your items will be sent via DHL Pack and Track and a tracking code will be issued. Packages to all other countries will be sent via Registered Post and you will receive a consignment number.
If a delivery is attempted whilst no one is home, your parcel will be left in a secure location or a card will be left with collection information. Please ensure your items are delivered to a secure address or an address in which there will be someone available to sign for the item.

In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within 15 business days of placing your order, please forward an email to customercare@pagufashion.com.auwho will follow up with DHL on your behalf.
Please note that our postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes & duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Customs require that we state the value of the order directly on your satchel, and it is the sole discretion of the custom agents to release your package.
